Her responsibilities extend to outlying towns such as Lüderitz, Uis, Omaruru, Karibib, and Usakos, where she utilises over thirteen years of experience in conflict resolution and negotiations.

Catherine's commitment to the community has expanded her client base, demonstrating thriving business opportunities in the area despite economic challenges. She prioritises exceptional client service, aiming to exceed expectations.

Catherine's expertise was cultivated during her five-year internship at Labour Dynamics, supplemented by comprehensive labour training courses. Her efforts have swiftly rendered the Erongo regional office self-sustainable. Catherine established herself as a competent trainer, providing in-house training to various companies in Namibia.
