Anthea Shoombe
Anthea started her career at OSMEN, Employers Organisation, in 2010 as an admin assistant. Through hard work and dedication managed to work myself up to the position of Labour Advisor. She is a family orientated individual and a sport fanatic especially rugby.
Through the years she has gained qualifications in HR and valuable experience in Industrial Relations and Employment Equity. Ensuring Employers are compliant with the Labour Law and all IR and AA functions are in place.
As a newly appointed Labour Relations Practitioner at Labour Dynamics Anthea will strive to enhance these services for our clients and be a valuable assist to the team for many years to come.
